  • How long does it take to receive the finalists?
    In 97% of the cases, finalists are delivered within 7 business days. The posting actions start within 24 hours after the onboarding meeting, and from that moment, candidates are ranked according to the prerequisites established for the position. Within 7 business days, the top 3 candidates will be made available on the approved list.
  • How many professionals are presented?
    The 3 candidates with the best fit for the position are presented, based on the prerequisites defined during onboarding and the assessment of the candidate's potential through artificial intelligence, Salesjobs' exclusive algorithms, and evaluations by our specialists.
  • What happens if I don't like any of the 3 finalists?
    If you don’t like any of the 3 finalist candidates from the first shortlist, we will repost the job for you at no additional cost and deliver 2 to 3 more profiles in a second shortlist within 7 business days. If the position still isn’t filled, and candidates are available, we will either send a third shortlist or provide access to the candidate waiting list. 4o
